We run simplified, parallel project plans in ASANA for each of our clients.
We do this to make sure we are keeping up to date with your project developments, business needs and new ventures.
We do not target billable hours like other law firms. The push for billable hours leads to the focus on meeting the firms KPI’s not their clients. Make no mistake our focus is on our clients' needs. This is not purely altruistic. It is our firm belief that when we focus on our clients’ needs our own needs are also met.
More than just law
Our principal is not just an IT Lawyer, he has qualifications in IT, Law, Business, Accounting, Science and Corporate Governance.
What this means is you can talk to someone on your terms, in your language, and without wires getting crossed. Prior to becoming an IT Lawyer our principal was a management consultant. When we talk about your business, we don’t to limit our discussions to indemnities, warranties and liabilities. We can talk about software development methodologies, cultural challenges in managing offshore service providers, changes in global markets and approaches to negotiating better outcomes. As a professional legal consultant, our principal is someone who has dedicated his life to learning to advise across different industries and disciplines.
The right fee structure
We may charge an hourly rate but that doesn’t mean the firm focusses on billable hours.
Depending on the project and requirements we charge a mixture of fixed fees and time and materials. Furthermore, check out the price differential between our principal and the principals of other firms. Then consider which appears better qualified to help you.
Just like your own inhouse counsel
You can engage us like your own inhouse counsel, and we can help you find the broader legal services you require.

Our principal was not always an IT Lawyer.
Our principal was not always an IT Lawyer, He has worked on software projects for many years, as a programmer, business analyst, project manager and now a lawyer.
Project mentality and management are engrained. Our principal has helped implement everything from enterprise resource planning software for multi-nationals to Big Commerce sites for fashion start-ups.
